Fish and Wildlife

MASH students in the Fish and Wildlife class authored and illustrated Birds of Prey books.  They enjoyed sharing their work with our class.  We thought they did a great job and we really enjoyed listening to them read us their books!

Soy Sauce

We read the story Shawn's Soy Sauce this week.  Many of us have never had soy sauce so we wanted to try some of our own.  Dipping crackers in it was a great way to taste it!

In math we will classify shapes based on attributes.  Today was our first lesson in our new unit.
We explored Open Shapes and Closed Shapes.
We used straws to create some of each.
